Our research has shown that companies, on average, address the same problem five times before it's fixed. The main reasons for this over expenditure is, firstly un-scupulous suppliers and secondly a lack of diligence on the part of the buyer. At EMISSIONLESS we are working to change this statistic.

We are the experts so that you don't have to be. If you make tyres, there's no doubt that you'll be an expert in every aspect of tyre making, and it would be unreasonable to expect you to be an expert in say air pollution control or energy efficiency. Therefore to save both our client's time and ours, we take on the responsibility of solving their problems. This includes getting all the correct information about the problem, which in most cases is the only problem to solve. Once everyone involved has the correct information solving the problem, becomes a purely an engineering exercise. More importantly however, is communicating the solution.

We will not proceed until we are completely convinced that our client fully understands the problem, our proposed solutions and expected outcomes. Then to top it all, we put our money where our mouth is, by fully guaranteeing the solution. We believe that, if it cannot be guaranteed, it will not work. Consider this. Would you spend tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars on a brand new car, if it wasn't guaranteed to last for at least a year?

Education is the key

Far too many buying decisions are made poorly because the problem and its remedies are not adequately understood. This happens for many reasons, the most common being the lack of time, resources and knowledge. EMISSIONLESS prides itself on its ability to educate its clients.

Over the years we've created a range of educative tools, but most importantly, our many years of troubleshooting experience across a broad range of industries and applications allows us to be specific (i.e. avoiding the need to speak in "general terms"). Therefore enabling us to quickly and effectively communicate at whatever level is needed to get the job done right and done quickly.
